For the 11th edition of Art Central, Chance Communications delivered a comprehensive communications strategy that solidified the fair’s position as Asia’s premier platform for contemporary discovery. Tasked with managing the full media lifecycle, our team authored high-impact press releases and crafted a compelling narrative that highlighted the fair’s largest-ever scale at its iconic Central Harbourfront home.
The campaign’s major focal point was the debut of Central Stage, a new curated platform that served as the fair's conceptual heart. We leveraged this centerpiece to secure prime visibility across local and international sectors, positioning it as a must-visit destination for the global art community. Complementing this, we directed significant media attention to the Hong Kong Artist Commission by Kaitlyn Hau, using her site-specific project to drive deep-dive editorial features and high-engagement social media storytelling.
On the ground, we executed a seamless media program, including a high-profile VIP press conference and curated media tours for art critics and lifestyle editors. This strategic outreach successfully translated into a record-breaking attendance of over 40,000 visitors and extensive local, regional and international coverage in top-tier publications. By bridging the gap between significant local commissions and a sophisticated global collector base, Chance Communications ensured Art Central remained a vital, high-energy pillar of Hong Kong Art Month.
