Arts in the Park

Marking our third consecutive year as the strategic communications partner for Arts in the Park, Chance Communications successfully managed the media outreach and on-site press operations for the highly anticipated 2025 Night Parade. Our primary objective was to sustain the momentum of this annual flagship event while highlighting the year’s unique creative theme and the intricate artistry behind the illuminated giant puppets and glowing costumes.

Leveraging our deep-rooted relationships with local news, family, and lifestyle media, we orchestrated a multi-phased pitching campaign that positioned the parade as the season's definitive cultural spectacle. On the event night, our team executed a high-efficiency media hospitality program, coordinating a dedicated press zone and managing real-time interview opportunities with choreographers and participating youth.

The strategy resulted in widespread prime-time broadcast and digital coverage, emphasizing the event's role in fostering community spirit and accessible art. By delivering a seamless press experience for three years running, Chance Communications has reinforced Arts in the Park’s reputation as one of Hong Kong’s most visually captivating and socially impactful outdoor arts festivals.
